- Non-Medically Trained Staff: Health Care Providers (HCPs) are non-medically trained staff who provide essential home support services.
- Household Task Assistance They assist with household tasks such as cleaning, housekeeping, and waste management.
- Ensure Comfortable Living: Maintain a clean and organized environment to enhance comfort for care recipients.

Home Support Workers (HSW)
- Medically Trained Professionals: Home Support Workers are CareProviders who are medically trained, either locally or internationally, but do not hold a Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate.
- Essential Healthcare Services: They provide essential healthcare services, assisting individuals with daily activities, personal care, and medical needs in their homes.
- Household Task Assistance: In addition to healthcare services, Home Support Workers also perform household tasks such as cleaning, housekeeping, and waste management.
- Expert Care: Their expertise ensures high-quality care, promoting well-being and independence for those they support.
Personal Support Workers (PSW)
- Certified Healthcare Professionals: Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are certified professionals who provide essential healthcare services.
- Support for Daily Activities: They assist individuals with daily activities, personal care, and medical needs in their homes or healthcare facilities.
- Household Assistance: In addition to healthcare services, PSWs may also perform household tasks such as cleaning, housekeeping, and waste management when needed.
- High-Quality Care: Their certification and training ensure high-quality care, promoting well-being and independence for those they support.
Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with medical procedures to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Support Care Plans: Implement and monitor personalized care plans developed by healthcare teams, ensuring patients receive appropriate care tailored to their needs.

Registered Nurses (RN)

- Administer Treatments and Medications: Deliver complex medical treatments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate and Lead Care: Lead the coordination of care across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care for patients.
- Advocate and Educate: Advocate for patient rights, educate patients and their families on health management, and provide emotional support during critical care situations.
Developmental Services Workers (DSW)
